We have been catering at large scale events and festivals for as long as we can remember and we still get the same satisfaction as we did when starting out. This is by far the largest of our service divisions which encompasses mobile catering units, licensed bars and ice cream concessions. Throughout the year we attend or manage numerous large scale public events for our varied commercial and local authority clients. The vast majority of the events are in excess of 30,000 capacity and some over 80,000.
This way of working occurs in one of two ways:
- We supply single or multiple units to an event on behalf of the organiser
- We manage the entire concession or hold the rights to the catering at an event on behalf of the organiser
Our custom built catering units and bars are designed for high output capacity to ensure that service always flows, keeping queues to a minimum thus keeping customers happy.

EVENT: The Event
LOCATION: Southwark Park, London
CLIENT: Southwark Council
ATTENDANCE: Upto 30,000
Southwark Council approached us with the brief to provide quality catering concessions for the Event, a music concert organized by their events division – Southwark Presents. Our proposal to manage the entire catering operation lessened the Council’s workload and allowed them to focus on the rest of the event production. On the day, we provided a full variety of hot food offers ranging from Barbecued meats through to traditional Fish & Chips.
This was complimented by numerous full draught bars selling craft beers and traditional ales. To round off the catering offer we also provided ice cream and refreshments across the site.
